This spicy fried rice recipe takes a classic weeknight dish
and transforms it with the bold, complex heat of Zing Sauce

leftover rice.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cooked rice (day-old rice works best)
- 2 tbsp Zing Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Green onions and cilantro to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Push everything to the side and scramble eggs in the pan.
5. Add cooked rice and break up any clumps.
6. Add soy sauce and Zing Sauce — mix everything together.
7. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until rice is heated through
and evenly coated.
8. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.

CHEF'S NOTES
Day-old refrigerated rice works best — it's drier and fries
up crispier. Add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
